Nexbillpay will be undergoing maintenance and migrating to new servers on Sunday, May 16, 2021 beginning at 4:30 am CST. We are performing these necessary upgrades on our infrastructure to ensure uptime and stability of the platform. Please note that during this planned migration, the Nexbillpay site will be inaccessible and unavailable for an extended period of time. We plan to have the site fully restored as quickly as possible to minimize interruptions to customer access. On Sunday, May 23rd, we will complete our server migration and the Nexbillpay site will again be inaccessible for an estimated 3-5 hours. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
